scope of the service, payment terms, and the non-refundable nature of the charges. The
agreement clearly states that once services are completed, payments will be collected, and
refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
Starlink internet partners operates under a “payment after service” model, meaning no
payment is collected until the service is completed to the satisfaction of the customer.
Upon completion, we will send an invoice detailing the charges, and payment will be required
as per the agreement.
By signing the service agreement, you acknowledge and accept that payments are
non-refundable once the service is delivered. This policy is in place to protect both
parties and ensure the timely and professional completion of services.
5. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:

service agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our

the service agreement signed before the commencement of any work. We encourage all customers
to review the agreement thoroughly before signing. Once a service is completed, payment is
due, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
7. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel future services that have not yet commenced by providing a written notice at
least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. Any cancellations after this period will
be subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software,
displayed on our website is the exclusive property of Starlink internet partners or our
licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of

9. Limitation of Liability
Starlink internet partners is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our liability
is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

may pursue mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving disputes.
